The spring equinox is a special day, so celebrate with a special yoga practice! Restart or increase your yoga commitment with this invigorating yoga mala practice of 108 sun salutations.

The beginning of spring can ignite a desire for renewal and new beginnings. Consider greeting spring with some rituals to welcome change, growth, revitalization, and renewal for yourself. Rituals—those symbolic behaviors you perform before, during, and after a meaningful event—can help mark the beginning of a fresh start or new direction.

The practice will be divided into four sets of 27 salutations, each set with it’s own intention. Participants will be encouraged to do as many or as few of the salutations as they would like, and all will also be encouraged to take modifications and rest as needed.

Thai Bodywork & Massage

Therapeutics, massage, bodywork, and more! In this workshop Lauren and Cici combine their knowledge of the Thai Bodywork & CBD therapeutics practice to bring you a restorative, unique 2 hour workshop - participants will be guided and talked through the art of giving and receiving Thai Bodywork with their partners.
You will be given step by step instructions to help you release tension throughout your & your partner’s body and will learn plenty that you can take home with you!

Thai Bodywork is an ancient healing system combining acupressure, Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures. It is appropriate and beneficial for all levels of practitioners.
