Hot Slow Flow & Deep Stretch, Thursdays at 7:00pm. This class is a slower-paced vinyasa (moving from one pose to another in a sequence) that focuses on the proper alignment of each pose and the use of breath. Think "linger" while you hold each pose. This class is specifically designed with the beginner yogi in mind. This is a 75-minute class and is offered Thursdays at 7:00pm
We know that taking your first hot yoga class, or walking through the doors of a new studio, can be intimidating. We want to make it a little less so by providing you with plenty of information about what to expect at Alchemy Hot Yoga of Wake Forest.
Every class is different, every instructor is different, and most of all, every student is different, so first of all, we want you to know that here at Alchemy Hot Yoga we strive to create an inclusive environment. We create the space for you to show up exactly as you are.
