Lauren is the founder and instructor at Lauren Alivia Movement, offering in-person and online group and one-on-one yoga sessions. She also teaches at Alchemy Hot Yoga and takes her love of teaching handstands to clinics at Alchemy and across the Triangle and North Carolina.
