Slow-Flow Yoga + Foam Rollers + CBD Massage
The perfect way to recover from an active weekend!
This workshop offers the perfect combination of slow-flow yoga and rolling, using self-massage foam rollers. Through slow-moving mobilization and intentional trigger-point work, you can inactivate and release your myofascial trigger points. This is ideal for helping ease the pain in those hamstrings, quads, glutes, back, and shoulders.
Learn the tools and techniques to feel confident rolling on the foam roller in all areas of your body to release tension, loosen tight and sore muscles, and improve your overall functional movement.
Lauren ends this workshop with restorative yoga and a gentle, muscle-soothing CBD oil shoulder massage to complete your recovery. Can you say, "ahhh!?"

Lauren is the founder and instructor at Lauren Alivia Movement, offering in-person and online group and one-on-one yoga sessions. She also teaches at Alchemy Hot Yoga and takes her love of teaching handstands and other specialty yoga skills to clinics at Alchemy and across the Triangle and North Carolina.
