This workshop guides you through a series of exercises that help your muscles relax. Relaxing tense muscles can help reduce stress in the spine, neck, shoulders, and pelvis, which in turn, can trigger the brain to produce new hormones that promote healing.
Stress, anxiety, and trauma are common occurrences, and many of us experience them daily at home or work. Your body constantly responds by contracting the muscles to handle the stress. These continual contractions can result in pain, discomfort, or illness.
By practicing relaxation techniques, you can prevent stress and tension levels from elevating to the point of chronic illness.
Nicole will guide you through a series of exercises you can take with you and practice safely at home.
