WHAT TO EXPECT
Hot classes are 103 degrees and 35% humidity.
Warm classes are about 95-98 degrees.
Hydrate well prior to class. Bring plenty of water to class.

WHAT TO DO
Please arrive at studio 15 minutes prior to class to get checked in, introduced to the teacher, a tour of the studio, and set up in the hot room.
Q: "I'm new to yoga, what classes should I try first?"
A: Our classes are geared for beginners through advanced levels and our teachers are all trained in how to lead an all-levels class. However, we offer an "Align & Flow" class on Thursday nights at 7pm and several "Slow Flow" classes throughout the week that will help get you familiar with the asanas (postures) and acclimated to the heat.
