Yoga binds are a great way to expand your yoga practice. By twisting into poses like bound forward fold, bound yogi squat (malasana), bird of paradise, or any pose where your body grabs and pulls against another part you will extend your spine, and give your internal organs a healthy squeeze.

Binds help build strength and flexibility, open the shoulders, and enhance your mental focus. 

Join Melyssa as she shows you how to move from a standard yoga pose into a bound variation. You will learn and have fun while finding a new way to deepen your yoga practice.
