BENEFIT CLASS: GENTLE FLOW-YIN FUSION

Support the NC Hurricane Helene Relief Effort
Support the Western NC relief effort in this extra special gentle flow-yin fusion yoga class. 100% of the donations will go directly to the Mountain River Family Campground in Spruce Pine, NC.
Owned by Suzanne and Jared Garland's family, "every building and every bit of infrastructure was erased" by Hurricane Helene. Although the couple lost their business, they are supporting others by helping deliver supplies. See their story on YouTube.
There is so much need and so many groups doing amazing things to help rebuild Western NC, but Amy chose the Mountain River Family Campground (MRFC) for their resiliency and kindness. This family is so inspiring to her because instead of letting their devastation break them, they have used it as a call to action and are pouring their strength into helping others while rebuilding their beloved community.
Our donations may be a drop in the bucket for some of the large charities, but we hope it can help make a big difference for this family and their business.
Please bring cash or pay via Venmo. Enter "MRFC support" in the Venmo message. Feel free to donate even if you cannot attend the class.
WHEN: Sunday, October 20 - 11:00 to 12:15pm
PRICE: This is a donation-based class with all proceeds helping Suzanne and Jared rebuild their campground.
