Did you know that the wall can serve as a yoga prop? Come to this 90-minute workshop and flow through a dynamic set of sequences using the wall as a way to learn proper alignment, strengthen the core, and deepen your flexibility.
You will start with a regular flow on the mat and then move to standing, seated, and grounding postures using the wall.
This is an all-level workshop suitable for any yogi.
