Come to this two-hour workshop and flow through a dynamic set of sequences using the wall as a way to learn proper alignment, strengthen the core, and deepen your flexibility.
In the end, you will be able to step away from the wall and apply these new techniques into your yoga flows. Your newfound knowledge will help you in strengthening, stretching, binding, restorative and all yoga poses.
This is an all-level workshop suitable for any yogi.
