About Maggie
Through her yoga practice and workshops, Maggie has a mission to mentor anyone and everyone so that they transform within through the practice of yoga and energy healing. Maggie offers Reiki, group instruction, and private instruction scheduled through Golden Yogi Maggs.
Pam loves teaching students the nuances of yoga poses, and she especially likes teaching beginner yogis proper form and alignment. Pam teaches classes at Alchemy Hot Yoga and is the owner of Lake Gaston Yoga.
